Hi there.

I started using the software only since yesterday and a few things are still a bit confusing but for now I just need some help with one thing.

I created a pattern with a photo but want to know if the program will automatically create the backstitching or do I have to do this myself and how?
Regards

Mel,

Creating a pattern from an image only works on the color pixels of the image. Therefore, only full cross stitches are created. Any special stitches, including fractionals, French knots, backstitching or any other special stitches must be added manually later.

Also, you normally must do some "tweaking" to remove confetti stitches and smooth areas that look rather "blocky" as a result of the import process. This is normal.

The import of the image is just the first step. The rest is by your own artistic talants to create your perfect one-of-a-kind pattern.
