Posted - 06/27/2018 : 07:37:16 Use the "Contact Us" and explain your situation. Explain that you don't remember which email address used and give them a few they can use to check. Also your full name and any other information that you can. You should get some help that way.
If it's the older version 10 or before, you may also be able to get a discount to upgrade to version 11. All your older patterns should load with no problems.
