I have had my software a long time, and hadn't used it since my husband passed almost 9 years ago. I decided to use it today and created a lobster pattern for a room that I am redecorating in the house. When I went to print it it gave me an error code and I don't know how to fix it. Not sure why it happened, can anyone help?

Several questions -

Are you using the same computer you used the last time you ran the program?

What version of Windows are you using?

What version of PCStitch are you using?

What hardware/software changes have you made since you last used the product? I mean major software such as operating system upgrades, drivers such as printer or graphics.

As for off-the-cuff possible solutions:

First, reboot your computer and then try it again.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and re-installing the software with a possible reboot in between.

If all else fails -- you may have to contact Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com . (He said I could post his email address).

Good Luck,

Diane
There is no such thing as a stupid question
