Posted - 07/30/2006 : 14:48:06 I'm running into an odd problem today- updating some charts and when completed I went to export into PCS7 but nothing happens. No box, no nothing. It seems to be hit and miss though as several of them did export without a problem- anyone else run into this?

Posted - 08/06/2006 : 16:37:25 This explains why nothing happened when I tried to export - and of course there's absolutely nothing in the help section about that!!! Now that I've finally been able to export to 7 - sort of, it tells me the palette is invalid and I get half a black grid instead of a chart.

I export to Standard all the time and have never had a problem. I turned of the warning message but I still get the window to define the name and folder for the resulting file and the message that it has been exported. I then close my Pro version and load the standard version just to make sure.
I have never had a problem with it.

That's the fun part of a board like this. Users can help each other. Nobody works with all the features all the time but you are bound to find someone who had "played" with your particular feature or has an idea how to test your problem.

Posted - 07/30/2006 : 16:11:13 I checked that and you're right- the files in question all had either quotes or a colon in the title field of the pattern information- once I removed that they exported just fine. Thanks!
