There are a lot of these in PCStitch. However, some of them, I can't find instructions anywhere. I've searched the web, looked in books, asked people... and nothing. Is there any place we can go to get the instructions to these stitches?

I'm not sure what you are looking for. Most of the specialty stitches are just combinations of other common stitch types.
