I am new to this forum, having just purchased pro. I did post one topic about color rendition of floss colors on computer screens. I read all the topics like most everyone does. It seems that a lot of us read all the topics but very few reply. If I had any answers to what I have read I would join in but like I said I am new to this program and have very little to add so far. I know that there is a world of knowledge out there and it seems that a forum is a place to spread that knowledge. I encourage everyone to respond to topics if they can and not just use the forum as a customer service outlet. We all are in this for the love of cross stitch.

I agree with you, Len.

I've had a bit more practice with Pro since I started using it some months ago. I am always glad to help users with any questions if I have any answers at all. I often post agreeing with a problem that has plagued me as well.

This is like any non-trivial software - there are bugs in it. The nice thing about this forum is it allows us to work together to find the bugs, work around them if possible and get them reported for fixing if we can't work around them (and even if we can!).

We can also help each other learn how to use the many many features included. Some users have posted wanting something that was there but they hadn't found yet. Someone else can read and tell them where to find it.

As you say, we are here for the love of cross-stitch (and our enjoyment of this "tool of the trade").

We need more posters!

Diane
