Ijust recently did a collaboration with someone for a cross stith pattern. the one color they used was WDW " Chia" it is not currently in the list provided....is there any ways to incorporate it into the legend ?

There is a feature of the software that allows you to create your own palette. It's called the "Floss Editor" and it's in the "Enhancements" tab. I've not used it so I can't help from this point.
