I've had PCStitch11 for a few years now and have never had a problem using my same purchase code on new computers. Today I tried to put it on my latest desktop (Windows 10) and I got an error saying the unlock key has already been used and may not be used again.

This is the 4th or 5th computer I've put this on (joys of being married to a computer guy that loves to keep us rotating computers) and I've never had an issue in the past.

I did admittedly have it open on one PC because i was moving files around when I tried to access it on the new PC. I read you can't have it open on two separate computers so I turned off my old PC, uninstalled and reinstalled on new PC and still no-go with my access code.

Any help is appreciated.

There have been reported issues of installing PCStith. I, myself had problems installing it on my Win 10 desktop but not my Win 10 laptop! I have it on both now. That's not a problem and never has been.

True, you should not use it on both at the same time just as you can't read a print book in two locations at the same time with the same copy. However, that doesn't seem to be the issue.

I suggest you contact Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com and explain the issue. He should be able to get it straightened out.
