Hi, I know how to print my project to pdf, I was wondering how to make both the black and white and color form of the print job on one pdf file?

Thanks Diane. I will do a search for pdf merge thanks for all your help you have helped me with in the past.

To do that, you need a PDF merge product. I have PDFCore for that purpose. It will split and merge PDF files among other actions referring to PDFs. It's biggest problem with splitting it it creates a folder of the file name and "splited". That misspelling grates on me but it does work.

I had another product for a while but when I got fed up with all the reported problems with java, I removed java and lost it!

There are a variety of products available and you might want to google "PDF Merge" to see what you can find that fits with you.

The product I have, for this operation, just has you add the PDF files in the order you want (you can re-order them after being added to the list) and then select to merge them. You get a simple pdf name (I think it's merged.pdf) that you will have to rename to suit your needs.

There is no such thing as a stupid question
