Let me preface by letting you know how inept I am with computers. I like to design Xstitch bookmarks. The pallet of the pattern used to be at the bottom of the page(PC11) as I designed it. I could run the arrow over colored tiles from the pattern and they would show up on the bottom,so I could see which color it was. Now, nothing is down there & I can't tell what the number of the colors are while I am designing. HELP, PLEASE!

That is a common issue. You do something and that floss panel just disappears. Fortunately, it's easy to get back. I just keep forgetting how and have to go looking.

Just tap on the View tab. A little to the right of the middle of the sub-menu is "Reset Panels". Just click on that. Note, if you have removed some of the panels purposely (such as those on the right of the screen), they will come back, too. Just remove the panels you don't want but leave the ones you want, such as the Floss Panel at the back.

If you accidently "dislodge" it from it's position, just hold the mouse down on it and arrows will appear on the screen. Move it to where it belongs and release the mouse and it will click back to the bottom of the screen.

There is no such thing as a stupid question
