Hi,
I bought my licence key in 2023.
I've two PCs and I've installed and used my key on one of them (Windows). Now I succeded to install PCStitch on the second one (Ubuntu through Wine) and, when I register with my data, it gives me a verification failure message because the key is already used.

So I uninstalled the program on the Windows and tried to use on Ubuntu.
I already mailed the costumerservice and mmiller (as found in another post), but I never had answer from anyone.

This is my version
Operating System: Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS
Kernel: Linux 6.8.0-52-generic
Architecture: x86-64

Please, help me... I really need it on Ubuntu T_T

Thanks, he answered me saying, basically and unfortunately, that he can't do anything about it.

To who will have the same issue, the error is this

I hope that he could answer.
The program runs smoothly thanks to Wine, but this is the only big issue.

Mark is the only one that can help. This product is designed for Windows only, not linux. That may or may not be the problem.

I have PCStitch successfully installed on two different computers but they are BOTH running Windows.

There is no such thing as a stupid question
