I can't import images onto PC Stitch anymore without the programme freezing entirely. I've tried with multiple image types, uninstalling and reinstalling the programme, and no luck.
It was working up until yesterday night for me so I'm not sure what's gone wrong... |

Posted - 11/26/2024 : 03:08:00 I came here for the same or similar problem, but got it sorted before my forum registration came through.
I had previously used that laptop with an external screen and the pop-up window was apparently opening invisibly on the other screen that was no longer attached. There seemed to be no way to access the pop-up on the laptop screen itself (tried shift + right-click on the PC Stitch taskbar icon and a few other tricks) until I connected another screen again and then could move that window back to the main laptop screen.
Others might not have the same issue, but thought I would add it just in case. |

Posted - 09/23/2024 : 13:12:04 I've tried with all types of images including previously working ones and no luck. Any image I try to import freezes the programme.
I moved to Windows 11 as it wouldn't work on Windows 10. I'll try to reverse that but not ideal.
I've sent Mark a message and hopefully hear back soon! |

As for Win 10 vs Win 11 - PCStitch 11 is not automatically set for Win 11. It's from before Win 11 came out and is guaranteed to work with Win 10.
If you can't get it to work at all, you should probably contact Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com
He's the only one who can address this issue.

Posted - 09/22/2024 : 15:07:35 I would first suggest a reboot of your PC. Was there any update since you last tried to import?
