Posted - 01/11/2024 : 20:02:52 I've had a Windows issue recently and Windows 11 was reinstalled. Since then the import dialogue doesn't appear - it SEEMS to appear because I can't do anything else unless I hit ESC. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but the same issue. I've googled but can't find anything relating this. Hoping someone has seen something similar and can help? |

Posted - 01/12/2024 : 19:05:45 The Revo uninstall - reboot - reinstall didn't work. Well the process worked, it just didn't fix the problem. Flummoxed. I'll hopefully get a response from the dev. |

Posted - 01/12/2024 : 18:40:31 Thanks Diane. I'll try that Revo app. I have logged a job with the PCS contact but no response. Appreciate your info, I'll give it a try now. |

Posted - 01/11/2024 : 20:15:17 I have no idea. It could be that the windows issue caused this.
When you uninstall/reinstall, do you use ONLY the normal uninstall procedure? If so, the problem may be some registry entries that are not cleared. Also, do you reboot in between uninstall and the reinstall?
I suggest you use something like Revo-uninstaller (there is a free version) and reboot in between.
If this doesn't help, try the contact point for PCStitch.
