Is there a way to export the "stitched" image showing the aida, I can see where to change the colour but it just shows as blank colour and I need to see it as textured aida |

That, I don't think you can. You can request it as a future update but it is not currently in the option list.

Thanks but that's not what I mean, I know how to show as stitches what I'm not getting is the aida, the design is not full coverage and I want to be able to see the aida not just blank colour |

If you select to export an image (jpg), and select to display the stitches as "virtual" stitches, without line numbers or grid, you will get a .jpg of the design without breaks for the lines and as if it were actually stitched.
You can also show the stitches as virtual stitches and then use a screenshot or "snippet" of the "View Pattern" image.
