Is there any way for the strand count for back stitch and french knots to show up on the information sheet when printing? I can see strand count for cross stitch and half stitch but not for back stitch or french knots.

I'm not sure there is a way to do that. Usually, french knots and backstitches are consistent within a single pattern for strand count.

Usually what is done is a section of the instructions gives this information.
