I'm trying to copy and paste characters from a alphabetical chart that I created. I go and copy a letter, go the other chart I'm creating and tell it to paste - there is an empty square with nothing there.

I've done this many times before but never encountered this problem. Any ideas?

Blessings, Iris

I don't know.

I did a simple test - I created two temporary blank patterns (side by side). I then created some stitches in one, selected the area with a copy and then pasted that to the other window. I then made the first item an "object" and copied the object to the other window.

Both tests worked fine.

Could you give some detail (list of steps) of what you are trying and what is or is not working?

Diane
There is no such thing as a stupid question
