Suddenly I can't see the darker grid lines (every 10) unless I'm in at 150% size. This usually makes it so wide I can't see the entire chart. I used to be able to see them at least at 100%. Don't know if I did something wrong or hit a wrong button but can't figure out how to get them to show now. Any help is appreciated.

First - you can scroll to see more of the pattern or use "View" to see what you have.
Second, the size of the grids depends on the selected size of the design. If you have a smaller pattern (such as 18 count), it's possible that the grid marking are affected at 100% or smaller. I personally use 200% because I have more trouble seeing and hitting the right box if I go smaller.
If you are full-screen or partial, also can make a difference on what you see.
