B5200 is standard DMC "Bright White". Note, that PCStitch does not have Perle Cotton listed. However, you can use DMC Stranded Cotton and the ONLY effect on your pattern will be the estimates of floss usage.

Any pattern made for PCStitch can be used with any count fabric, regardless of what is specified in the pattern.

Any pattern made for PCStitch can be used for multiple crafts, not only cross-stitch with the only possible problem being specialty stitches.

You can substitute your own colors for PCStitch (even if you don't edit the pattern) regardless of what is specified - rather by brand or by color itself.

PCStitch is a "pattern". You can do many things with it under "creative license" with no problem.

Use your imagination. Have fun!
