JoAnn,
If you're talking about backstitch styles - sure! I don't know what other lines you might mean but this I do know about.
Just make a backstitch. Right-click on the line. Select "Line Style" (it has an arrow beside it) and select from among the styles listed.
The color of the line is usually the color of the floss selected.
