How do I add a title to the color legend? thank you for all your answers they have really helped |

That "Title" is the name of the pattern! It's taken from "Title" on the Pattern Properties.

On the page the color legend is on, the "title" of the page is shown as <TITLE> can that be changed to the name of the pattern and how do you do that. I wasn't sure I was making sense |

There are options as to what to include in the instruction sheet but not any headers/titles. The title of the pattern is the overall title to the page and the key is headed as "Legend:". The information for each symbol is fairly straightforward - symbol, color, manufacturer, color code, color code ... You can pick/choose what items to list for each color.
If you want special information, you can manually type instructions which are listed below the key.
