Is there a way to search or highlight all stitches of a specific colour in the pattern?
If not, that would be a suggestion for future improvements.

EASY! Right click on the color in the floss palette that you're interested in and select "Highlight Entry". If you want to check another color, just select it (left click). To stop any highlighting and bring all colors back to normal, right-click on any color and select "Stop Highlighting".
