I'm having the issue of some of the symbols not appearing on the half stitches in my patterns. What I believe is happening is the symbols are showing up white because that's how the symbols show up on the darker colors but because the half stitches don't have a full color background like full stitches they blend into the white background.

Is there a way to change the color of the half stitch symbols? I've spent quite a bit of time messing in the symbols panel trying to change the color to black but nothing happens. Is there something else I need to do?

There is a thread for posting requests. I think it is under announcements.

Yes the symbols show up if I print with just symbols but I prefer to be able to print with colors and symbols.
It seems like this issue is a large oversight especially for me since I use a lot of half stitches in my patterns. Do you know of an avenue to request changes?

There does not appear to be a way to change that swapping of colors for the text to reflect the dark color floss. However, that is on the display only. If you print with just symbols, the correct symbol does appear.

I suggest you use some color background that makes them appear but not use it for the print. Something like "vintage" appears to work.

Good Luck,

Diane
