I jumped right in when I got this program earlier this week. I made a simple design, figured out my printing issue then saved the pattern. Now I find a mistake in the text. I've opened the folder with the pattern but I'm having no luck figuring out how to edit this pattern and correct it. Any help is appreciated from this newbie!

OK, you're doing things right - just dive in and try it! The worst thing it will do is not do what you want.

To edit a pattern, just open it. To change any stitching at all, just add/remove stitches in the pattern field.

I'm not sure what you mean by "text" - there are several possible interpretations. If you're using a stitched font, you need to remove the letters you don't want and put in new ones just as if you were doing the pattern from the start.

If you're talking about the instructions, just click on the instructions button in the home tab and edit like any text editor.

For more - give more information, please.
