So here's the situation, I'm installing Windows 10 on my PC, fresh install and I don't know how to transfer my license. Who do I contact? I can't remember. I tried the contact form but it didn't seem to go anywhere and I never heard back.

Then send an email to Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com. Explain the situation and he should be able to help you -- SAVE the email in case it happens again.

Hello, what if I don't have the email any longer?
Dragonlair Posted - 12/15/2019 : 20:31:57
Check the email you received when you first purchased the license. It should contain the "unlock" or registration key. Then download the software and install it. When you open it, on the left end of the Home ribbon should be a great big unlock icon. Click on it and enter that key and you're on your way. Then all you have to do is put your customizations back in!
