I'm trying to import a very simple black/white line art into PC Stitch. I have successfully imported in the past.

When I try to import this image, it does all one solid color (gray). The image is just a block of gray.

The import preview shows only a block of black.

I have opened and closed and even restarted my computer and have the same issue.

What are pixel dimensions of the image you are trying to import? What is the size (height/width in stitches) of the pattern you are trying to create?

I tried zooming in and out and resizing the image, but I still can't import it. I was able to import an image I had imported previously, but not something new. They're all simple jpg images.

Check the zoom factor on the import. It may be zoomed in too far. What are the pixel dimensions of the image. If it is too big compared to the stitch count, it may cause a similar issue. The best images have a 1 pixel to 1 stitch ratio (or as close as possible).
