So I was using pcstitch 10 on an old computer, and when it died, I bought pcstitch 11 to use on the new. I REALLY don't like pcstitch 11, the menus don't have the options I like, and I find myself frustrated with the interface way too much. Is there a way to convert it back? OR at leat have 11 have the same menu options as 10?

The menus for PCStitch are the ribbon style that had been available for years for Microsoft products. They are not new. However, there is an option in the "Environment" section to use the old Toolbar/Menu interface. It will require you to close PCStitch and re-open it to take effect.
