I have reproduced one of my antique samplers and need to be able to export the color/symbol legend into a Word document so I may add the information into my instructions. How do you suggest I do it?

You can include instructions within the PCStitch information.

The best bet to get it to another format is to create a PDF using a virtual printer (I personally use Foxit as my PDF reader and it has a virtual printer as part of the product) and then use another piece of software to convert the PDF to Word. I make no guarantees of the formatting of the Word document created.
