The only suggestion is to change the color. Remember that what color you actually use doesn't have to be what is shown in the pattern.

I can help you somewhat. I use it for the same thing. My issue I am having is that when a pdf crochet graph is printed its hard to see the blocks with the black color. Any idea how to fix this?

Any pattern/picture than can be presented with single stitches or icons is appropriate for PCStitch. Any pattern you have can be used for any craft that accepts that sort of image. For example, a cross-stitch pattern can be used for beading, needlepoint, latch hook, crochet, knitting, or any similar craft so long as no special stitches are included. It's all in how you interpret the symbols.

For crochet or knitting, each "block" or "stitch" would represent one stitch in knitting or one single-crochet in crochet.

You may have to be a bit creative in selecting the colors needed but you don't have to follow the key exactly in that sense. If you want red, you can select DMC 321 for stranded cotton but instead use some Red Heart red yarn. It's your interpretation that's important.

This product would probably work very well with filet-crochet but it would be monochrome, of course.
