I am relatively new to this and I have searched the forum for this. Is there a way to add a font to PCStitch 11? It is on my computer but it does not show up in PCStitch.

I don't know what you mean by "open type". The only "normal" fonts that are acceptable within PCStitch for stitching purposes are true-type fonts. If you use one of them, you select the font size when you select the font.

Stitched fonts cannot be resized.

Fonts used other than the actual patterns are preset and cannot be changed.

It is an open type font called Grand Hotel. I have it on my computer but I can not get it to show up in PCStitch. Also is there a way to change the font size on the fonts already installed on PCStitch?

Is it a stitched font or a true-type font? Stitched fonts need to be in C:\ProgramData\PCStitch 11\Stitched Fonts. Note that ProgramData is normally a hidden folder. You need to go into properties on it and "un-hide" it. I do that as soon as I get a new computer.

If it's a true-type font, it needs to be in the windows area with the other fonts.

If it's neither, I don't think it will work.

Note that you do have to select the right kind of font to see the new one.
