Posted - 01/08/2018 : 20:40:11 I must be missing something. I've played with the tutorials and the features, but I can't get the software to do what I want. I have a pattern in my head, but I don't know how to place stitches onto the pattern field. How do you do that without making the whole pattern one color (paint feature)? I don't think I want to import something, because the idea doesn't exist except in my head. Any thoughts?

If you want to place a full cross-stitch, chose the cursor that looks like that stitch. Similar for the other stitches.
