In PC stitch 11 is it possible to put full stitches between the set squares? So assuming you’re working on linen, sewing over two stitches and you only want to leave one thread between two full stitches. Can this be done?

The software is not designed to show that. I know of no software that shows "shifted" stitches which is what you're talking about.
