I have spent hours creating a chart 10 x 10 inches only to get this message when I try to turn it into a pdf. This is not the first time how do I overcome this please?

How are you trying to create a PDF?

It sounds like the problem is there since this not the first time.

The normal way to create a PDF is to "print" it to a virtual printer that is a PDF creator. I normally use Foxit (Adobe clone) which has such a printer as part of the product. Adobe is similar.
