have used a couple different versions in the past (trials) with no problems. recently have been using version 9, worked fine except of course I could not save since was trial version
Monday I PAID FOR version 11. IT WILL NOT OPEN. I had to uninstall my antivirus program to install it.
I redownloaded both versions 9 and 10, both open and work, but of course still can't save because the unlock key I paid for only works in version 11.

I'm not sure that the contact us point is read that much from other comments on this board.

I don't like giving out emails direct so I'll do it a bit indirectly. I suggest you check this thread - http://www.pcstitch.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2004 and contact mark using that email.

That should get you a response. Give as much information as you can, including the version of Windows, anti-virus and everything else. You should get a response.

Good Luck,

Diane

First, what version of Windows are you running? I have never heard of having to disable the antivirus to get it installed. What antivirus are you running?

Have you tried a reboot?

You might try an uninstall, reboot, and then reinstall.

If all else fails, find some of Mark's posts. You don't have enough posts to send him an email using the board software but many of his posts list his email address.

Good Luck,

Diane
