I'm having issues printing my pattern. the pattern prints fine except for the heavy line that shows to 10 20 30 lines. i go to preview and they do not show either. some friends have the same problem. and all my drivers and computer is up to date.

when I select printing, next to general tab is grid page options then information sheet, margin then stamped printing. what do I select?

Rosie, check your printer options.

Under Options (in the Home main option), select "Printing" and "Grid Line Options". The default is for normal grid lines to be black and width 1. Bold grid lines are black and width 5.

This assumes you see the heavier grid lines in the display of the pattern itself. That is controlled in options under "Default Pattern Settings" and "Grid Lines". In this case, both sets of lines are the same width but the normal lines are light gray and the heavier lines are dark gray.

This should help.

Good Luck,

Diane
