Hello. I purchased the program earlier today and I'm VERY excited!

I will mostly be using it for knitting and crochet. Is there anyway to change a setting so the bottom Row and bottom right hand corner is Row 1, Stitch 1?

Another possibility is to complete the design, flip it upside down (horizontally) and then tell the user to turn the page upside down to follow.
