Posted - 10/16/2016 : 12:20:49 When I try to open the floss usage chart PC Stitch freezes and I have to use my task manager to close the program. I was going to try to uninstall and then reinstall but I could not find out where to re-download PC Stich 10. |

Posted - 10/17/2016 : 07:37:13 I have two more suggestions (try the first before you do the second).
Go to C:\ProgramData\PCStitch 10. Look for the Updates folder and try running the program in there. If there is nothing there then you never updated 10 so you might try to update it manually from within the program. I believe the latest version is 10.0.23.
If that doesn't work, then all I can suggest is you contact Mark (look for his profile here or the announcement for PCStitch 11) and tell him about the problem. Give him as much detail as you can.
Note that PCStitch 10 was released back when Windows 7 was the "latest and greatest" - even before Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 were even announced. It is not "rated" for 10 and that may be part of the problem. The newest version (11) is rated for 10.
Good Luck,

Posted - 10/17/2016 : 00:14:39 It happens with all of my patterns. I am using Windows 10. I have restarted my computer several times since the issue started with no result. When I try to open floss usage it does not open at all and I am unable to interact with the PC Stitch program. Trying to close the program from the taskbar does nothing I have to use the task manager to force the program closed. I checked my program files and see nowhere to reinstall the program. |

Have you tried to reboot?
Also, check where you have it installed. It may have a way to reinstall from there.
What version of Windows are you running?
What happens if you click on the red "x" to close the window or select close this window from the task bar?
