There was some problem over the weekend that may have delayed action. You might want to send one directly to Mark (use his profile on this board to do that) for possibly faster response.
Also, the company was in the area of high winds and storms Sunday afternoon/evening.

Posted - 11/18/2013 : 22:28:28 I have a new PC also. Had XP before. Now have WIN7. I was told that my older version would nolonger run on WIN7 and would have to upgrade to #10. I was offered and upgrade price, but I lost the email with the coupon code to get it at a lesser price. I emailed "support" and am waiting for a reply with instructions. |

Posted - 11/18/2013 : 07:32:09 If you purchased the software online, then you should be able to download it again and use the same unlock code you were sent via email when you purchased it.
If you purchased it on CD, you can just load the CD and install it again.
If you purchased it online and have saved that install program to CD, then you can copy the install program from the CD to your new hard drive, and then use the unlock code you were given. This is just like the first case except you don't have to actually download it, just copy it.
Anytime you install from a download, you must unlock it. The CD versions don't need this step, the unlock is part of the install.
You should remove the software from the old machine. It's like a book, you can't read it more than once at a time so you need to remove the extra copy.
