Posted - 07/24/2013 : 11:26:24 What OS are you running. That is a key factor.
I suggest you contact Mark direct (you can send him an email directly from the board).
He would be the one who could help you best. Part of the delay may be the fact that it's the middle of the summer. Some of the support people may be on vacation.

Posted - 07/24/2013 : 09:04:34 Bye the bye, just re-read your post. I never get to the point of entering the registration code in PCStitch10. But I did ask if I should try entering it in PCStitch6 which I still have & it still works up to the point of saving or printing the pattern. Hours of editing a photo before discovering it was no longer registered & I began this odyssey |

Posted - 07/24/2013 : 08:56:20 Hey! I uninstalled & re-downloaded about 20 times before joining the forum. Error message: "Application failed to initialize properly (Oxc0000135)"
Like I said, about 20 times. Do I get a prize for perseverance at least, because I am starting to think I'm not going to get this software to work. I have knocked on all the usual doors, calling the sales staff, e-mailing technical support, trying again, etc. Joining the forum is my last hope. |

Next -- what error message are you receiving. What I just gave is the common answer but it's a lot easier to address a specific problem if we know what the problem is!
