Posted - 06/07/2013 : 18:34:42 I am trying to export my finished design and save it as a jpeg. I have tried following the directions in the help section , but when I get to the end where it says to click Create Image it does not show up. I do see the Save Image button, but it saves as a blank grid. I have tried changing the stitch options, but that doesn't work. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

Posted - 06/09/2013 : 03:11:39 Hi Sherry I alweays use the FILE - 'Export to Image File' option and have no problems with it. Have you selected the area you want to export, and checked the preview box etc?? (If you have imported onto the chart a motif from the image library and NOT merged it to background, then it won't show up.)
