I was able to create a cross stitch pattern from a picture the first time I downloaded pcstitch10. and now I can not. the picture I want is in my pictures but when I click on it from the window that comes up in pcstitch, the folder (all folders) are empty. I have spent hours and frustrating hours trying to figure out how to get my picture to come up. I can get the picture to come up but with the way it comes up I can do nothing with it. I spent a pretty penny on this software and I'm very disappointed there are no written instructions or a phone number I can call for assistance. what do I do? how can I get some verbal help? -dana kilby

You convert a picture to PCStich using the Import function. If you cannot see the image, check the file type at the bottom to see what kind of file it's looking for.

For accessing the PCStitch file you created. You need to look for a .pat file. If you saved your conversion, it would be a .pat file.
