I have made a graph but have decided it has too many colors is there a way to go back and change the number of floss colors without making the graph all over again?

Yes! You can "replace" one color with another. If you decide that ALL (or all within a region) of one color should be another color in the list, just drag the "good" color in the floss palette over the "bad" color and it will ask you if you wish to merge or replace. Select replace and all stitches of the second color become the first color. No manual changes required.

You can do this globally or within marked segments. If you wish to reduce the total number of colors, you can do it globally.

Also, if you wish some colors to just "go away" and not be stitches, you can do that by either globally, or within defined regions, delete a color.

There is no such thing as a stupid question
