Hey there,

My version of PCStitch 10 did an update today but that has caused some problems with my programme, it has removed all the symbols, on my already done patterns it has remover most so there are no symbols and the symbols in the display box for floss is very very odd looking now!! i cant add symbols to the blank ones as it doesnt bring them up anymore! Help please! :( the update has ruined my PCstitch 10 :( xx

I'm just curious if you have heard anything from the company. I sent a question about this several days ago and have gotten no response. I am a bit upset right now.

That is very similar to what has happened to my patterns also. I have sent a message. Hoping for a response soon. I will let you know what they say if I hear from them soon.
