Has anyone figured out the cloth count dimensions that should be used when creating a knit chart? I tried, but it still looks skewed to me.

I just tried setting my horizontal & vertical cloth counts (in Tools -> Pattern Properties) to the same as my stitch & row gauge. It looks right.

There, I can't help you. Although I have done some knitting, it's been years and I'm not that fond of knitting. I know that any craft that has it's "patterns" represented by a grid design can use PCStitch. However, that does not mean it's an automatic transition.
