I've updated to .09 to fix a problem. And I just tried, for the first time, to print. I have a 1600 seies all-in-one. My print preview for the printer shows and says 1 page even though eveything else says 8-10 pages. And then nothing prints. I've gone back to standard to print but like the look of Pro.
Any suggestions?

I suspect you don't have the correct printer defined in Pro's print area. Make sure the printer you want to use shows in the drop-down menu of possible printers. Some "printers" may be virtual (like One-Note or PrimoPdf or many other Windows strange virtual printers).

I checked the printer assigned first thing. I tend to flip from HP to CutePDF. I noticed it worked with a 4 pager but not anything else. I've printed a 112 manual before with no problem. I'm wondering if I should re-install with the disc I just got as this was downloaded.

OK. Gremlins have been into the computer. Right printer but it's set on custom. Also unchecked HP preview. Everything is working fine. How did it get on "Custom"? I still wish for a manual I could print out. Lost my grid lines and was going crazy thinking my printer was broke.

Almost nobody gives printed manuals anymore.

As for the gremlins - welcome to the club! We've all experienced them from time to time. All you can do is note that a change was made, put it back and go on.

You've at least learned how to work around a given problem if it happens again!
