What you need is a product like primo-pdf - from: http://www.primopdf.com/

It's a "virtual" printer. You just print and select this as the "printer". It creates a PDF file instead of physically printing it.

It works! I use it for a lot of applications myself.

When selecting "print/Preview" from the File Menu I select "Printer Setup" and change the output to Adobe PDF.

I think that works ONLY if you have the purchased form of Adobe. If you only have the free Adobe Reader, you don't see that. That's where PrimoPdf and similar products came in handy. They fill that gap.

I think there is an option with Microsoft Office 2007 to print or export to a PDF but you need some other feature to do it for PCStitch. It is NOT inherent in the product.
