I am checking for updates for the PCStitchPro that I have loaded on my laptop, however whenever I check for updates I always seem to get the response "NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET", even though I am. How do I correct this?
I would check two things - your firewall and possibly installing it again. Your firewall may be blocking it's connection and it can't get to the internet even if everything else can.
A re-install is the only other thing I can imagine at this point. Most likely, it's the firewall.
