| I have PC Stitch Pro and would like to copy and paste my own designs in to a E-mail.Is there a way to do that????????I am not talking about coprinted designs,Just they ones I make. |

To include a pattern you have designed in an email, the best bet is to attach it to the message. If the recipient does not have PCStitch, then you can export the pattern as an image and attach that.

To print the pattern you can either select "print" from the drop-down menu under "File", or click on the little printer icon. You must have a printer defined for your computer.
To export the pattern to an image file, use the same "File" option at the top of the window and select "Export" (about half-way down). There you will have 2 choices, Image or PCStitch Standard Format. Just select Image and tell the computer where to save the file.
The third option of just sharing your pattern itself (.pat file), when you save it, you tell the computer where to put it. Just point to that location when you attach the file during the email operation.
Just remember that the pattern you are sharing is TOTALY your own. It must not be based on any existing pattern including a conversion from another format to PCStitch. It must also not be a "minor" change from an existing pattern. The pattern must be absolutely, totally your own design or you are violating copyright.
One piece of advice - go through the PCStitch tutorial. It may help you become more familiar with the tools and how the program works.

you have been a great help to me.I did found out that if you copy write the Pattern you cant send it.All other things I will find out with time.
I too love the PCSTITCH PRO and use it mainly for desinging Scandinavian sweaters and the the program where you can change the squares is very helpfull there.
the 3 over and 4 high works out perfect.
Maybe one of those day you all will have a PCKNIT PRO.

IMO you should be able to send your own design which you have copyrighted (actually intellectual property created after 1978(?)is always under copyright unless otherwise stated - yes, even your designs are copyrighted to you) as it is just another file.
