I am trying to create a file of the pattern that I made so that I can sell my pattern. I need it be be a PDF file. I have tried "print to file" and the export option neither is making it so someone else can open the file. Is the only way this is possible is to print it then scan it back into my computer?
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
Someone else just asked this same question. What you need to do is get a product like PrimoPDF (free) or a similar "virtual" printer. Then "print" to it. It creates the PDF you need.
