Does anyone know why my program has suddenly starting malfunctioning.
When pointing at the pattern the colours are not coming up in the bottom left hand corner. When printing, some stitches are printing as blank. I have updated, reloaded disc etc with no improvements. This is really frustrating as now it is un-usable. The program I purchased is PCStitch 9. Even after updating to PCStitch 10 the problem is the same. I have contacted PCStitch technical help 3 times but have received NO reply or help.
