when I export the image (jpg) in virtual stitch the image looks great. but when I insert the image onto my web site it shows hatch marks. has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to fix it?

Hi Nancy,
Try this.
Export to the viewer then use "print screen" to copy it to a graphics program like Photo shop or Paint shop Pro.

You shouldn't get the hatching then.
I had the same problem and now do it the way I worked out above.

It could be that when you upload it, you are changing the file - either the size or the resolution and that is what is causing the problem. If the image file looks OK on your PC before uploading then it's not PCStitch but your upload that is the problem.
